What’s Included in the Programme:

We believe true wellbeing comes from taking a holistic approach, nurturing the mind, body, and lifestyle as a whole. That’s why this programme is built around three key pillars: Movement, Nutrition, and Relaxation.

Over a six week period, you’ll work closely with three dedicated wellbeing professionals on a personalised plan tailored to your unique needs.

 

By the end of the programme, you’ll feel confident, empowered, and ready to continue your wellbeing journey with clarity and balance.

Movement

Regular movement is essential for physical health, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.

 

This programme includes a private movement session and weekly Pilates classes for a low-impact approach to building strength, improving flexibility, posture and encouraging mindful movement.

Nutrition

What we put into our bodies directly impacts our energy, focus, and overall vitality, making nutrition a cornerstone of long-term health and resilience. But when it comes to nutrition, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.

 

Through private nutrition consultations, you'll begin to understand your individual needs and come away with personalised recommendations to suit your lifestyle lifestyle, and goals.

Relaxation

Rest and relaxation are essential for maintaining holistic wellbeing, helping to restore balance, reduce stress, and support emotional health. Prioritising relaxation and quality sleep is key to creating a sustainable wellness journey.

 

To support this, the programme includes a restorative 1-hour deep tissue or Swedish massage and a Tropic 'Body Smooth' refreshing polish to take home, to help you unwind, relax, and rejuvenate.

Week 1

Your personalised foundation for success

We begin with an in-depth exploration of your wellness goals and needs to set you up for meaningful progress. This foundational week is all about understanding you, your lifestyle, and your aspirations.

How it works.

​60 Minute Nutrition Consultation

Guided by your health questionnaire, you’ll receive a tailored dietary, lifestyle, and supplement plan designed to empower and support you from day one. Every recommendation is crafted to fit into your life and work toward your desired outcomes.

60 Minute Private Movement Class

Your journey begins with a 15-minute call with your movement specialist to discuss your goals, exercise history, and any limitations or concerns. Following this, you’ll enjoy a 60-minute private session, fully tailored to your needs and designed to set the foundation for your movement journey.

This session provides personalised guidance to help you build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility while addressing any specific needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your long-term wellbeing and empowers you to move with confidence and ease.

Weeks 2-6

Sustain & strengthen your progress

The following five weeks are dedicated to building momentum, strengthening habits, and consolidating the advice you received in Week 1.

 

With the guidance of your wellness team, you’ll implement sustainable changes and gain the confidence to maintain your progress long into the future.

 

This is your time to embrace consistency, refine your strategies, and see real lasting results.

How it works.

Weekly Movement Classes

Each week, you’ll join a small group Pilates class with your Pilates teacher. With only 3 participants per class, personalised attention is guaranteed. These sessions are designed to help you build on your progress week by week, developing strength, improving posture, and deepening your understanding of your body. Along the way, you’ll cultivate healthy habits and gain the knowledge to incorporate Pilates into your daily life, all within a supportive and encouraging environment.

Follow Up Nutrition Consultations

Week 3 (30 minutes): A mid-program check-in to refine and optimise your personalised plan ask any follow up questions and we may tweak protocol if necessary

Week 6 (15 minutes): Final consultation with actionable steps to maintain your results and keep moving forward and tweak your protocol if neccessary.

Relax and Rejuvenate

Your massage session can be taken anytime during your programme and is the perfect opportunity to relax and dedicate some time to yourself. The treatment can be tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking to release tension, reduce muscle pain, or simply unwind and ease stress. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to continue your wellness journey.

Additional one-to-one movement sessions can be added to your programme at special rates if you want to spend more time focusing on your individual goals, refining your technique, or deepening your practice with personalised guidance.

​You also have the option to include a pack of Pilates props, carefully selected to help you continue your practice at home and maintain your progress.

Nutrition & Testing

Additional follow up nutritional consultation sessions can be added to your programme at a 20% discount if you'd like to spend more time honing in on your progress.

Additional diagnostic tests available include:

Additional massage sessions can be added to your programme if you’d like to further relax, address specific areas of tension, or simply enjoy more time dedicated to your wellbeing.

  • Payment: The programme costs £379 and the balance must be paid upon purchase. 

  • The add-ons are optional and come at an additional price given upon request.

  • Timeframe: The programme must be used within 3 months of purchase.

  • Cancellations: Notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule your sessions.

  • Refund Policy: A full refund is available up to 14 days after purchase providing you haven't used any of the services listed within the programme. If you have used any of the services but would like a refund, the cost of the service you have used will be deducted from your refund.
