Welcome to the Studio

Our home studio in the heart of Crowthorne offers small group Pilates and Barre classes in a cosy and uplifting space.

Our classes hold three to four people so you'll always receive lots of support and personalised adjustments. 

​​

Private sessions are also available, perfect for pre or postnatal mums (babies welcome) or anyone looking for a bespoke program tailored to their needs.

Group Classes - What to Expect

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, and posture. In each class, you'll be guided through a series of controlled, low-impact movements designed to improve muscle tone, balance, and overall body awareness. Pilates involves standing and seated exercises and is ideal for all fitness levels with plenty of options to dial the intensity up or down, depending on how you feel.

Barre

Barre is a highly effective full-body workout that fuses Ballet and Pilates-inspired movements to target deep stabilising postural muscles. You'll use a ballet barre and small props like hand weights and resistance bands to challenge muscle endurance, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, barre is a dynamic workout in a motivating environment with an upbeat playlist. 

Sculpt & Stretch

Sculpt & Stretch is a slow-flow fusion of strength work, Pilates, Barre and dynamic stretching, designed to sculpt, strengthen, and restore the entire body. This class blends gentle yet effective resistance training with fluid, expansive stretches to enhance flexibility, mobility, and muscle recovery.

Expect a full-body workout and deep, active stretching to release tension, enhance posture, and improve overall stability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to a class?​​
Anything that isn't restrictive which you feel comforable to move in. You can either go barefoot or bring a pair of grippy socks.​​​​​

Do I need to bring anything with me?​
Just yourself and a bottle of water. All the mats and any equipment you will need are already here.​​​​

Are your classes open to all fitness levels?
Yes, everyone is welcome and all exercises can be adapted to suit you​

Can I join a class if i'm injured, pre or postnatal?
If you're injured, recovering from an injury, pre or postnatal, please get in touch to discuss whether the classes are suitable for you before booking.
What time should I arrive?​​
Please arrive 5 minutes before class is due to begin.​​​

Where should I park?
You will receive an email with details of where you can park once you have booked a class. The studio is situated in Crowthorne close to Hatch Ride school, limited parking is available at the studio or there is plenty more just 2 minutes away.

How big are your classes?
Pilates classes are a maximum of 3 participants and Barre classes are a maximum of 4, so you'll always receive a great level of care and attention.

Can I cancel my class booking and get a refund?
You can receive a refund if you cancel your class up to 24 hours before it begins.
